Phase 2 - Practical Preparation

This phase is going to be much shorter than Phase 1 in terms of reading, but now I am actually going to get you to start doing things that will take some time and effort.


In this phase you will:

  • Figure out the financial aspect of implementing your new lifestyle
  • Determine what time of day to exercise
  • Learn why you should become a member at a gym rather than create a home gym, as well as how to find a good one
  • What stuff you need to buy
  • Preparing your family and friends
  • Getting a workout partner (if you want to)
  • Getting ready for your first day

Time to get to work.
