I have decided to be a real bugger and password protect the rest of the information on this site, and the only
way to get said password is via email.

free of charge. Once
you get your login information, go to Phase 3. I used to say send me a blank email, but for some reason a lot
of those are going to my junk folder and you end up having to wait to get the password. If you want access now, then write me
a short note that doesn't include the words "Viagra" or "porn."
I’m not going to share your email address or sell it to spammers or any of that nasty crap.
