This is the part where you think I suck.
I’ve provided a lot of free information
here – enough to give you a good start – but this is the end of the line for the next while. For the foreseeable
future I will be working on securing more writing gigs for various media, promoting my website, and seeking an agent and a
publisher. READ AN UPDATE HERE. I don’t want to leave you hanging, though. Since I always asserted that my book
would NOT be the only one you would ever need, then I suggest you pick up Strength Training Anatomy by Frédéric
Delavier. Every serious lifter should have this book, and when you couple it with what I’ve already taught you it will
be enough to keep going. A couple of other things: - I know
